Remote | AI-Focused | Reports to Founders

About the Role:

INSNAPSYS

• Capable of crafting engaging blogs, social media posts, and scripts around AI and technical topics.
• Competent in scripting and assisting in video production (minimum 3 per quarter).
• Skilled at designing visually appealing graphics (15-20 monthly visuals including reels, carousels, static posts) primarily using Canva.
• Should be fluent in using AI tools like GPT, grok, claud, runway, midjourney, etc more the merrier.
• Should be able to conceptualize and manage targeted outbound email campaigns
• Able to manage and optimize CRM data and automation using HubSpot/Brevo.
• Proficient in conducting keyword research and implementing basic SEO strategies.
• Adept at analyzing marketing performance and generating insightful reports using Google Analytics.
• Capable of effectively supporting webinars and promotional event logistics.
  

Who We Are Looking For:

• 2-3 years or more of experience in digital marketing, content creation, design, or related roles.
• Educational background in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or other technical fields preferred, with demonstrated technical understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong proficiency with Canva; familiarity with Figma, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
• Tech-savvy with experience or a keen interest in CRM platforms (HubSpot/Brevo) and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
• Curious, organized, detail-oriented, with a passion for continuous learning.
• Ability to simplify complex technical content for diverse audiences clearly and effectively.
