Marketing Associate

As a Marketing & Creative Associate at a fast-growing D2C Ayurvedic haircare brand in Mumbai (Thane), you will play a crucial role in ideating and executing creative ad campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Meta, and TikTok. Your responsibilities will include creating videos, reels, and static creatives independently or by guiding creators/agencies. Additionally, you will design engaging content using tools like Canva, manage influencer collaborations from outreach to reviewing final content, and write high-conversion ad scripts tailored to each creator's style. You will also support campaign shoots in Mumbai and travel for shoots when required. Furthermore, you will partner directly with the founder to learn the fundamentals of D2C growth marketing.
