About the Role

We&aposre seeking a high-potential Marketing Associate to join our Go-to-Market team and support large-scale event management, content creation, and lead generation initiatives. This role is perfect for a recent graduate from a top-tier university with 1-2 years of marketing experience who brings exceptional drive and ambition to make a significant impact in a fast-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Event Support & Project Coordination

? Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale events, summits, webinars, and community meets

? Support logistics coordination, vendor management, and on-site event operations

? Help manage event budgets, timelines, and deliverables

? Coordinate multimedia communications and promotional materials for events

? Assist with CRM management and support pipeline reporting and sales operations workflows for leads generated

Content Creation & Management

? Create, edit, and proofread engaging content for website, blogs, newsletters, social media, event and marketing collateral

? Support maintenance of content calendars and editorial workflows

? Develop supporting materials including case studies, guides, ebooks, and pitch decks

? Support event planning, promotion, and follow-up activities

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

? Bachelor&aposs degree from a top-tier university

? 1-2 years of experience in marketing, content marketing, event management, or related field

? Proven track record of high achievement and exceptional work ethic

? Experience with content creation and editorial processes

Technical Requirements

? Proficiency with Google Workspace (Analytics, Search Console, etc.)

? Experience with CRM systems is a plus (HubSpot preferred)

? Familiarity with design tools (Canva) and CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress) is a plus

? Basic knowledge of marketing automation and email marketing platforms

? Microsoft Office suite proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

? Background in B2B marketing or SaaS environments

? Experience with event management and logistics coordination

? Previous exposure to webinar production and management

? Leadership experience from university or early career roles
