Job Title: Sales Executive – Clothing Segment ( Only apply those candidates who having experience in clothing segment field job ) Salary: ₹12000-15000 per month + Incentives ( Target Based Job ) Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in the clothing segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. Demonstrate product features and assist customers in making purchasing decisions. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store revenue. Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store display. Process transactions and handle cash/card payments efficiently. Build and maintain relationships with repeat customers. Gather customer feedback and report trends to the management team. Assist in stock management and inventory updates. Watsup location sharing every day if working on local and outstation Requirements: Experience: 0.5-2 years in retail sales (clothing/fashion preferred). Skills: Good communication, customer handling, and persuasion skills. Education: Minimum 10th/12th pass. Personality: Energetic, presentable, and passionate about fashion.
