Marketing Assistant

As a Marketing Assistant at Lagom, a luxury designer furniture and interior services brand, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing activities. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in managing social media content, coordinating with PR agencies and influencers for campaigns, supporting event planning for store launches and exhibitions, preparing marketing materials and reports, executing email marketing campaigns, and assisting with influencer marketing and offsite marketing activations. In addition to marketing support, you will also handle essential administrative and coordination tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, coordinating with suppliers and agencies for marketing assets, tracking marketing expenses, and ensuring effective communication between teams. To excel in this role, you should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong administrative and coordination skills. Good communication and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment are essential. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and basic marketing tools is required, and a passion for marketing, luxury design, and branding would be a plus.
