Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive HubSpot / CRM Specialist to join our team and service multiple client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, automating processes, and translating business requirements into scalable CRM logic. This is a great opportunity if you want hands-on exposure to real-world CRM challenges across different industries and grow into a senior HubSpot consultant role. What you will do Set up, manage, and optimize HubSpot marketing and sales hub automation for multiple client accounts Build and maintain workflows, automations, lead scoring, and lifecycle stages Create dashboards and performance reports Ensure CRM data hygiene Create and design emails, forms, landing pages, and implement A/B testing Troubleshoot HubSpot issues and document processes Assist with lead generation and sales follow-ups Create AI-generated content, including cinematic video trailers, social media content and anything new that comes up.
