Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing various marketing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited marketing experience to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create marketing content, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.
• Manage social media accounts and engage with followers.
• Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events and promotions.
• Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and presentations.
• Maintain marketing databases and track campaign performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for marketing and a willingness to learn.
