Job Description

What You’ll Do:

Assist in developing and implementing creative social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
Create engaging content—posts, stories, reels, and graphics—aligned with tech trends and company goals
Monitor and respond to comments/messages; help build online community
Track analytics and suggest improvements to boost engagement
Stay updated with social media trends, memes, and digital marketing best practices
Collaborate with designers, developers, and HR to highlight employee culture, client wins, and tech milestones

What We’re Looking For:

Passion for social media and digital trends
Strong communication skills (English/Hindi)
Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Figma is a plus
A creative mindset with an eye for detail
Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Mass Comm, IT, or related fields
Bonus: Interest or understanding of IT/tech field (MERN, React Native, Laravel, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,649.08 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Morning shift
Night shift

Work Location: In person
