Job Description for Sales & Marketing Intern at Safex Fire Services Ltd., Mumbai

Designation: Sales & Marketing Intern
Location: Andheri
Stipend: 5,000 to 10,000 Rs (Local train pass shall be provided.)

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce company products/services..
• Identify potential customers and update contact information in the company database.
• Share product details, handle basic queries, and ensure proper communication.
• Coordinate with customers, sales teams, and service providers for smooth operation
• Maintain call logs, lead status, and daily reporting.
• Support the marketing team in basic promotional and outreach activities.
• Assist with coordination tasks as required.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate / Undergraduate / MBA students (Marketing or related fields preferred)

What You Will Learn

• Practical exposure to sales processes and business communication.
• Lead generation, CRM usage, and market research.
• Customer handling and confidence-building skills.

Office timings: 10am-6.30pm (Mon-Fri) & 10am-4pm (Saturdays)
