Company Description We are Authorized Resellers and Distributors of IT Hardware for a number of leading OEMs conducting business in the B2B IT hardware sector and GeM-based government sales . We have a wide array of products from Printers, Scanners , Desktops and more. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Sales Assistant Internship. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, maintaining customer records, handling customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The primary role would include cold calling clients and informing them of our whole portfolio. We require an individual who is technically savvy and adaptable. They should be actively trying to learn the minute details of our products and should have strong and confident speaking skills. They need to be strong-willed and can handle rejections. Qualifications Interpersonal Skills and Communication Strong Organization Skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory What you will learn Understand B2B and Government Sales: Get practical knowledge of how business-to-business and/or GeM (Government e-Marketplace) sales work — from lead generation to order execution. Product & Market Familiarity: Learn about IT hardware products such as printers, scanners, laptops, and consumables from leading OEMs (HP, Brother, Epson, etc.). Client Communication & Negotiation: Develop confidence in professional communication, email drafting, and negotiation for B2B and government clients. Team Coordination & Time Management: Work closely with the sales and operations team to meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments efficiently.
