Job Description

We are looking to hire a candidate with strong communication skills, good English, neat presentation and a charming personality as marketing and sales executive at our wedding and events venue and resort in Bangalore.

Qualification - Graduation

Work Experience - 2 to 3 years

Age group - 25 years to 35 years

Fluency in languages - English, Kannada and Hindi

Food, accommodation and incentives can be provided

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve bookings for weddings, celebrations and corporate events
  • Give property tour, give sales pitch, understand client requirement and discuss pricing
  • Identify and target potential customers and generate leads
  • Follow up visits, resolve client queries, follow up bookings
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate and close deals with clients, event planners and corporate companies
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints. Take timely feedback
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Tele calling, sending promotional mails
  • Take active part in social media and digital marketing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

  • Bannerghatta, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
