Role & responsibilities

• Local Candidate:

  Preferably from

  Kalyan

  or nearby areas, familiar with the local property laws and regulations.

• Experience:

  At least

  1-2 years

  of experience in handling legal documents related to real estate transactions (Leave and License, Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, Mortgage Deeds, etc.).

• Fluent Communication:

  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly explain legal processes to clients.

• Vehicle Ownership:

  Should know how to

  ride a bike

  and be comfortable with local travel for client meetings or document handling when required.

• Proactive & Detail-Oriented:

  Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to details.
