Role Description: Marketing & Sales Executive (Full-Time / Founding Team Member) Location: Uttarakhand, India (On-site preferred, remote option available) We are looking for a passionate and proactive Marketing & Sales Executive to join the founding team at TruPahadi a millet-based food startup from the hills of Uttarakhand. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a healthy sweets brand and work directly with the founder in building strong B2B relationships and scaling the business. Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with potential corporate clients, resorts, event managers, and wedding planners for collaborations, gifting, and bulk partnerships. Develop and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns to promote TruPahadi’s millet-based sweets and products. Build long-term relationships with partners through consistent follow-ups, excellent communication, and service. Manage B2B inquiries, prepare proposals, and close deals with a focus on high conversion and repeat orders. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, exhibitions, tasting events, and product promotions. Work closely with the founder to shape brand strategies and explore new sales channels. Support hiring and training of new team members as the company scales. Participate in brainstorming and creative brand-building discussions — because in a startup, you get to do a bit of everything! Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with corporate clients and partners. Proven ability in sales, lead generation, and relationship management. Experience in B2B or FMCG sales preferred (especially food & beverage, gifting, or hospitality). Familiarity with digital marketing and campaign execution is a plus. Ability to think creatively and handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic startup environment. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Passion for startups, sustainability, and healthy food innovation. Salary & Incentives Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month (based on experience). Performance-based incentives for achieving sales targets and closing bulk orders.
