Role Overview We are seeking a highly self-motivated, articulate, and proactive Marketing & PR Executive to join our dynamic team. This role calls for someone who thrives on ownership, takes initiative without waiting for direction, and brings a powerful blend of creativity, planning discipline, and on-ground execution capabilities. You will be at the forefront of amplifying our brand voice—both online and offline—crafting compelling narratives, managing stakeholder relationships, driving visibility through media, and ensuring the brand is consistently represented across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground channels to drive brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. Own content creation and storytelling across formats—campaign copy, social media posts, emailers, presentations, and website updates—with brand consistency and audience resonance. Drive social media strategy and execution , including calendar planning, content coordination, platform engagement, and performance tracking. Collaborate with design, digital, and product teams to ensure timely roll-out of creatives, promotions, and marketing collaterals Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums —ensuring strong visibility, on-ground engagement, and meaningful interactions that enhance brand recall and business presence. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback , generating insights to inform future campaigns. Support PR-related activities as needed , including drafting press notes, coordinating with media, and building visibility through awards, features, and industry recognitions. Preferred Profile 2+ years of experience in Marketing, PR, Communications, or Brand Strategy. Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Marketing, PR, or a related field. Excellent command over written and verbal English; adept at storytelling and business writing. Proactive and self-starter attitude with minimal need for supervision. Demonstrated experience in handling outdoor assignments, events, or media engagements. Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships and influence. Comfortable with digital tools, CRM platforms, and basic design/content software. You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Are: A natural communicator who knows how to turn ideas into impact.
