Role Description

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven, and Overseas education experienced Marketing and Operation head to lead and manage the daily functions of our study abroad consultancy. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end operational processes including Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and launch lead-generation campaigns across digital platforms, Conduct trainings, education fairs and Seminars, Lead conversion, Team coordination and ensuring smooth execution of services and continuous process improvements across all branches.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and operation Management experience in overseas education
• Capability in conducting Training sessions
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Stay updated with destination country trends, popular courses, and student preferences.
• Provide regular performance reports, suggest improvements, and execute strategic initiatives to improve student success and satisfaction.
• Conduct regular team meetings to monitor performance, assign tasks, and resolve issues.
