Role & responsibilities Lead Generation and Business Development: Knowledge of freight forwarding, NVOCC, supply chain, and logistics solutions Proactively research and identify potential clients across industries requiring freight forwarding and logistics solutions. Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads through consistent outreach via calls, emails, networking events, and industry platforms. Leverage market insights and data to identify trends and new opportunities, positioning AVS AIR SEA SERVICES as the preferred logistics partner. Maintain Consistency in Sales Processes: Follow a structured and results-driven sales process to ensure consistent progress from lead generation to deal closure. Regularly update and maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal statuses in the CRM system. Monitor personal sales performance against targets and implement strategies to improve results where needed. Understand clients evolving logistics needs and proactively offer tailored solutions to strengthen partnerships Participate in campaigns to boost lead generation and brand awareness, such as webinars, trade shows, and industry events
