Job Description

As the Marketing Analytics Technology Specialist at our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting enterprise-wide digital data collection and reporting. Your primary responsibility will involve managing various tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Tags, Microsoft Clarity, and Looker Studio to ensure accurate data capture across our digital experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with marketing technology owners, business leaders, and the Analytics & Insights team to gather technical requirements, implement tagging strategies, and address any data gaps that may arise. Your expertise in developing JavaScript-based solutions will be essential in enabling self-service reporting and providing user support and training to ensure smooth operations. Key responsibilities will include managing and maintaining analytics platforms, supporting access to tag management systems, leading technical requirements gathering for analytics tagging initiatives, and validating analytics tags using JavaScript. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving data collection gaps, providing user support and training for analytics tools, and enabling self-service reporting through the development of Google Looker Studio dashboards. Furthermore, you will contribute to the effectiveness of our digital marketing efforts by ensuring accurate data collection, monitoring industry trends, and promoting best practices in digital analytics to drive continuous improvement and reporting success. Your role will also involve sharing updates on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing analytics and data collection, as well as promoting awareness and education around digital analytics processes, tools, and governance across the organization. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with relevant experience - 5-8 or more years of experience Skills Required: - Proficiency in Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics - Experience with tag management applications including GTM or Adobe Tags - Knowledge of cookie compliance tools and privacy regulations - Familiarity with data visualization best practices - Understanding of Agile development - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS - Experience in business requirement gathering - Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in change management techniques If you are passionate about leveraging data to drive marketing success and possess the required skills and experience, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.,
