Marketing Analytics Manager

You will be responsible for data-driven marketing management, where you will develop and implement analytical frameworks to evaluate all marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with a special focus on conversion paths and ROI optimization. Additionally, you will conduct detailed evaluations of Paid Search, Performance Max, and Display campaigns to continuously improve their performance. Building and maintaining a complete attribution model to accurately measure soft and hard conversions across different channels and touchpoints will be a key part of your role. You will also develop data-based retargeting frameworks and conduct A/B testing and experimental design to measure success in creatives, landing pages, and conversion elements. Furthermore, you will systematically analyze different industries and positions to derive strategic marketing measures. The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field with strong analytical skills. You should possess a minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on data-driven campaign optimization, preferably in the B2B SaaS sector. Advanced knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, campaign management platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, and data visualization tools is required. Strong quantitative abilities to analyze complex datasets, identify patterns, and provide actionable recommendations are essential. Moreover, you should have the ability to extract strategic insights from data, translating them into concrete marketing actions with the highest precision in data collection, analysis, and interpretation while maintaining a relentless focus on data quality.,
