Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AGM – Marketing to lead brand building, digital marketing, lead generation, and presales operations. The role involves driving marketing strategies aligned with business goals, managing campaigns, teams, and enhancing customer engagement across real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead brand management and ensure consistent brand presence across platforms
• Drive digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign ROI
• Manage and guide the presales team to improve lead conversion
• Oversee content, video marketing, and creative initiatives
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, project launches, and events
• Manage channel partner marketing and engagement initiatives
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Manage marketing budgets and performance reporting
• Lead, mentor, and develop marketing and presales teams

Qualifications
