Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Should work on a daily Schedule/plan given by the Manager.
Convert/Closure on the leads generated by the Sales Coordinators.
Maintain Reports on: The status of calls and demo given, Customers met.
Maintain daily Report to the team head.
Monitor follow- ups on TSS (Product License expiry).
Give Product Demo based on customer requirements and closure of sale
AMC Renewals of clients as well as market new AMCs.
Should have fair accounting background, Knowledge of Tally ERP 9 a plus.
Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
Handle Customers issues at various locations in technical queries and other issues on Tally ERP.9 and give them the right solutions.
Maintain log of the calls handled- Onsite/Remote or Telephonic for the day and share with the team head and team members.
Maintain high quality of customer support in the least turnaround time and with minimal escalations on calls.
Train the user on Tally ERP.9 and give quality knowledge on the features and uses.
Update in the suite CRM of all the calls/ work done.
