Job Title: Field Agent – Kaam Connect About Kaam Connect: Kaam Connect is a platform that connects hirers (shops, businesses, factories, warehouses, households) with workers for flexible, non-skilled, one-time work ranging from 1–8 hours. We operate through two WhatsApp groups: Hirers/Employers Group – where businesses and shops post their work requirements. Workers Group – where workers join and get notified whenever work comes. Your Role as Agent: Add businesses, shops, factories, warehouses into the Hirers Group. Add workers (helpers, delivery boys, labour, support staff, etc.) into the Workers Group. Explain how Kaam Connect works and help people join easily. Earnings (Weekly Payout): ₹50 for every shop/business added. ₹10 for every worker added. Weekly payment based on your performance. Requirements: Smartphone with WhatsApp. Good communication skills. Self-driven, willing to meet shops and workers in local area. Job Type: Commission-based, flexible work, part-time.
