The role involves fieldwork, lead generation, client interaction, and achieving sales/marketing targets. Key Responsibilities: Promote and represent the organization’s programs and services in the local area. Visit schools, colleges, institutions, and communities to generate leads. Interact with potential clients or students and explain offerings. Distribute marketing material and conduct awareness sessions. Maintain daily records of marketing activities and client interactions. Follow up with interested leads and assist in the enrollment/registration process. Meet monthly targets and reporting requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, field marketing, or educational promotions. Strong communication and convincing skills. Good local area knowledge (Patna). Self-motivated and target-oriented. Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, mobile, and reporting via phone/email.
