We are looking for an office assistant / helper to support the CEO in carrying out routine tasks, taking notes of their important matters , maintaining a diary of their schedule, keeping their desk / workspace clean and serving tea / coffee during meetings. You will also stand at the office reception and greet clients politely. We will select only those candidates who show good energy , enthusiasm ,and communicate well. When we reach out to you , you must be proactive in communicating us your schedules and available times so we can plan an interview accordingly. We have both full-time and part time positions. The remuneration will depend on your working hours. We have both morning shift and evening shift. Good english is not a requirement for this job ( but is preferred ). Basic knowledge of computers is required. But training will be provided. You will also get chance of learning, skill-development and industry experience working with us. Here's your chance to learn stock market. The internship will focus on your learning , self development, growth and career objectives. You'll learn both fundamental analysis for long term investing and technical analysis for short term futures and options trades. Concepts like options Greeks, volume divergence , chart patterns, candlestick patterns , how to use screeners and scanners etc. Freshers and people with no prior knowledge are also eligible. There will be both professional office work & personal work. We will select only those candidates who show good energy , enthusiasm ,and communicate well. Requirements : Workload is less right now, so we have not hired too many staff. So you should be comfortable working alone and handling multiple duties and responsibilities.
