Marketing Agent

Job Title: Marketing Agent Location:Visakhapatnam  Department: Marketing / Sales Reports To: Marketing Manager / Sales Head Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products/services, identifying potential clients, generating leads, and helping to build a strong brand presence in the market. This role requires excellent communication, sales, and interpersonal skills, along with a strong understanding of marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:Promote company products/services to potential customers. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits. Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and samples. Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, or exhibitions. Maintain relationships with existing customers and seek referrals. Gather market intelligence and report competitor activities. Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, leads, and customer feedback. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly marketing and sales targets. Requirements & Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is a plus). Proven experience in marketing, sales, or customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven. Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM software, etc.). Willingness to travel and work in the field. Preferred Skills (Optional):Experience with digital marketing or social media promotion.
