Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing of materials, services, and equipment.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Collaborate with R&D and software development teams to understand their procurement needs and provide timely support.
Experience in handling budget planning, AMC and other techno commercial support.
Monitor market trends, identify potential suppliers, and conduct supplier evaluations.
Oversee the procurement process, including purchase orders, invoicing, and payment processing.
Ensure the timely delivery of goods and services to support project timelines.
Manage procurement budgets and track spending to optimize cost savings.
Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions.

Qualifications: (B. Tech)

Proven experience in Procurement, preferably in an R&D or software company.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
