Below is the job description for the Market Research Position:

Responsibilities:

1. Collect and validate market data through extensive secondary research (databases, reports, industry publications).
2. Conduct primary research interviews with industry participants
3. Perform market sizing and forecasting using structured methodologies, statistical models, and triangulation techniques.
4. Analyze industry drivers, restraints, trends, and issues impacting market growth
5. Build and maintain data models, forecast sheets, and estimation frameworks for assigned markets.
6. Author full reports or assigned report sections, ensuring accuracy, structure, and clarity.
7. Perform company analysis including revenue mapping, benchmarking, and competitive positioning.
8. Create content (summaries, highlights, charts) to promote reports/data and communicate insights effectively.
9. Take ownership and responsibility of assigned deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality output.
10. Conduct quality checks (QC) of own and peers work, applying triangulation to validate data consistency.
11. Participate in client calls to clarify data requests, understand requirements, and present findings.
12. Support consulting assignments and custom projects if required.

Qualifications

1.  1-8 years of experience in market research or data analysis.
2. Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
3. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with strong attention to detail.
4. Strong communication and presentation skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a data-driven team environment.
6. For SRA, need proven expertise in market sizing, forecasting, and mentoring.
