Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communications strategies and public relations initiatives to enhance brand visibility and user engagement.
• Lead digital marketing efforts, including content marketing, social media, SEO, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Handle branding and experience for knowledge business events like Health Summits and webinars.
• Analyse marketing trends; Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.
• Develop and execute branding and internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and ensure consistent messaging across the organization.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including health and wellness experts, industry partners, and advertisers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing communication efforts with sales, product, and customer service.
• Craft talent marketing and CSR campaigns.
• Work with business heads, finance head and stakeholders as the company strategizes for IPO planned in 6 years.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• 12-15 years of experience in marketing communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in the health and wellness sectors. Excellent candidates from the hospitality and consumer sectors will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, branding and content marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex marketing challenges.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools.
