As a US Non-IT Recruiter, you should possess 1 to 2 years of experience in US Technical Recruitment. Your expertise should cover the full Life Cycle of Recruiting, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, handling technical queries, closing candidates, and managing responsibilities until the candidates join. It is essential that you have prior experience in dealing with W2/C2C arrangements involving U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, and H1B candidates. Your proficiency in various recruiting techniques such as Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools is crucial for success in this role. Your ability to comprehend technical requirements and promptly submit consultant profiles is key to effectively matching candidates with job opportunities. Strong negotiating skills are required to finalize rates/salaries satisfactorily. Collaboration is vital, so you must function well as a team player while also excelling in screening, maintaining, and expanding the candidate database. A sound understanding of Non-IT (Manufacturing & Transportation) concepts and staying updated on the latest trends in the field is expected. Flexibility is necessary as this role may involve working night shifts.
