As a US Non - IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, handling technical queries, closing candidates, and managing responsibilities until the candidates join. Your experience in dealing with W2/C2C candidates such as U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, and H1B candidates will be crucial for this role. You should be proficient in various recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools. Your ability to comprehend technical requirements and timely submission of consultant profiles will be vital. Strong negotiating skills to finalize rates/salary and the capability to work effectively as a team player to screen, maintain, and build the candidate database are essential for success in this role. Additionally, a sound understanding of Non - IT (Manufacturing & Transportation) concepts and the latest trends will be beneficial.
