Manufacturing Systems Engineer - Intern

As a Manufacturing Systems Engineering Intern at Raptee Energy, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and optimization of manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing machinery and test systems. - Understanding the assembly processes of various sub systems. - Designing and developing subassembly stations. - Designing and developing special material handling equipment and conveyors. - Conducting work study and time study of the assembly process. - Optimizing subassembly station layouts. - Communicating with vendors and supporting the team for procurement of related components. - Implementing work ergonomics, safety measures, and 5S practices. To qualify for this role, you should be enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Strong academic performance, with a focus on relevant coursework in manufacturing processes, systems engineering, and automation, is required.
