Manufacturing Specialist Production Quality

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead inprocess customer FAT and outgoing quality activities for products ( CT/CVT) which includes inprocess checks in taping/winding assembly process ( drying and oil filling)
• Ensuring all quality checks before tests and also conduct outgoing quality checks ( PDI). Ensure Quality KPIs and NC Management.
• Conduct RCA(8D/PSR) for internal line related NC(winding/assy. etc)as well as customer site related issues by liasing with team to ensure that the root cause is identified and implementation of the CAPA.
• Conduct PFMEA L1/L2 audits and suggest improvement actions and monitoring of improvement actions in line.
• Quick resolution of issues in shop floor and NC resolution in Quality suite with proper RCA (PSR/8D).
• Management of Customer FAT including all Quality documentation. Verify conformance to specification by measuring and testing during in-house manufacturing.
• Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy. May include support roles with specialized technical field of knowledge; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.

• Required Qualifications

• For roles outside of the USA- This role requires basic experience in the Manufacturing & Production Quality Control. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience) with minimum 5+years experience
