1. Work on Discrete Event Simulation engagements for Manufacturing / Warehouse simulation
2. Create As-Is and To-be models of the manufacturing process / warehousing operations usingdiscrete event simulation software3. Throughput, bottleneck and utilization analysis of production / warehouse operations throughsimulation model4. Conduct What-If scenario analysis for multiple scenarios through simulation model5. Optimize manufacturing / warehouse processes using modeling techniques
1. Experience in Plant simulation and process optimization
2. Skilled in at least one of the leading discrete event simulation software (preferably FlexSim orVisual Components)3. Good knowledge in statistical analysis4. Experience in improving line efficiency and productivity through modeling techniques5. Good knowledge in improvement methodologies such as line balancing, process planning etc.6. Exposure to shop floor and / or warehousing operations7. Practical knowledge of manufacturing systems and processes
