Company Description Eternal Alloy Cast Pvt. Ltd., established in 2014, specializes in manufacturing Investment Casting in Ferrous & Non-ferrous materials using the lost wax process. We serve a range of industries including Pump & Valves, Automobile, Pharmaceutical, Marine, Medical & Surgical, Defense & Aerospace, General Engineering, Cement, Steel Plant, Power Plant, and Earth Moving & Mining Industries. We handle materials such as CS, SS, Duplex, Super duplex, Heat Resistant, and Ni-based grades. Our production capacity is 1200 MT per annum with casting sizes up to 800MM x 800MM x 550MM and weights ranging from 15gms to 125kg per piece. EACPL is fully equipped with quality departments for various inspections and testing, and is certified with ISO 9001-2015, PED 2014/68/EU, AD 2000-Merkblatt W0, and IBR. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Professional located in Rajkot. The Manufacturing Professional will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring the quality of castings, managing material handling, and optimizing production capacity. Daily tasks will include monitoring equipment, conducting quality inspections, collaborating with the engineering team, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Qualifications Experience in overseeing production processes and managing material handlingStrong knowledge of ferrous and non-ferrous casting, especially using the lost wax processProficiency in quality inspection techniques, including CMM Inspection, Spectrometer analysis, MPI, Radiography, and Mechanical TestingFamiliarity with ISO 9001-2015, PED 2014/68/EU, AD 2000-Merkblatt W0, and IBR certificationsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsRelevant experience within industries such as Pump & Valves, Automobile, Pharmaceutical, Defense & Aerospace, and General Engineering is a plusBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field
