Asst.Manager - MANUFACTURING

Job Description:

Asst.Manager-Manufacturing, to oversee and run the production of the composite Plant at

Zaheerabad with strong commitment to productivity, quality, schedules and customer

satisfaction.

Roles& Responsibilities:

 Be able to analyse customer orders and forecasts so as to ensure that adequate

manning levels are in place so as to achieve production targets.

 Develop, recommend, and implement measures for continuous improvement on

production methods, equipment, performances, and quality of product.

 Assist in the development of capital equipment justifications for machine tools and

process technology to improve quality, cost, and cycle times.

 Have good communication skills so as to interface with other team

members/managers, and not forgetting customers, within the organisation so as to

ensure key objectives are met.

 Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency

of shop-floor workers.

 Drive discipline and execute actions so as both plant and manufacturing productivity

is achieved against targets.

 Create work instructions for process

 Planning Monthly / Weekly Production activities and Control.

 Identify gaps and take corrective action.

 Ensuring adequate safety standards are practiced on the shop floor

 Keep close tab on Material consumption analysis and control.

Key Essential Requirements:

 Process knowledge in Vacuum Infusion/bagging, RTM, Hand lay-up etc desirable.

 Production/Shop floor experience of about 2 to 5 years preferably in Composites

products/Parts.

 Must have good reporting skills.

 Proficiency in MS office package and presentation.

 Knowledge of contract manufacturing and dealing with contractors.

Qualifications: - BE/Diploma, preferably in chemical / Mechanical.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹426,370.44 - ₹550,000.00 per year
