Job Description: As a Human Resources Manager in the manufacturing industry, your role will involve recruiting and onboarding workers and contract labor. You will be responsible for maintaining worker records and documentation, organizing training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with PF, ESIC, and labor laws. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with contractors for effective labor management.
