Manufacturing Chemist

Job Responsibilities:

As a Manufacturing Chemist, you will be an integral part of our production team responsible for producing various cosmetic formulations, including emulsions, suspensions, and surfactants. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Formulation Development: Collaborate with our experienced team to develop and refine cosmetic formulations that meet our quality and performance standards.
• Batch Production: Prepare, weigh, and mix raw materials according to specified formulations and manufacturing procedures.
• Quality Control: Conduct quality checks and tests throughout the manufacturing process to ensure product consistency and compliance with industry regulations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all production activities, including batch records, inventory logs, and quality control reports.
• Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents and product contamination.
• Continuous Improvement: Suggest process improvements, cost-saving measures, and innovations to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, and production, to meet production goals and project timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field (B.Sc, M.Sc, or B.Pharm).
• 3+ years of experienced professionals are welcome.
• Strong interest in cosmetics manufacturing and formulation development.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is a plus.

Pay: ₹9,893.98 - ₹30,000.00 per month
