Critical Skills to Possess:

• Experience: 5–6 years
• Required Skills: Manual Testing, API Testing, E-commerce, Order Management System, ERP
• E-commerce experience is highly preferred.
• The role involves Functional + API testing.
• Candidate should have a positive attitude and be eager to learn new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project documentation and user stories.
• Identify test scenarios, data requirements, and expected outcomes for various software features.
• Execute test cases to verify software functionality, usability, and compatibility across different devices and platforms.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing to uncover defects and areas of improvement.
• Document and track defects using issue tracking tools, providing clear and detailed reproduction steps.
• Collaborate with the automation team to identify test cases suitable for automation.
• Assist in developing and maintaining manual test cases that can be automated for efficient regression testing.
• Participate in test process improvement initiatives, suggesting innovative testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with functional testing web applications/Enterprise applications and strong knowledge of REST APIs and testing with Postman/JMeter.
• 3+ years of experience in testing over the Internet websites/eCommerce platforms.
• Fair understanding/experience of WCAG Guidelines and Accessibility testing.
