About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and manage end-to-end employee hiring processes as per company requirements. 2. Ensure availability and mobilization of sufficient manpower for client interviews. 3. Maintain a steady pipeline of candidates and ensure regular selection drives. 4. Fulfill manpower targets and requirements as outlined in the client contract. 5. Liaise with local sources to arrange and supply manpower on time. 6. Monitor manpower attendance and replacement needs to ensure smooth operations.
