Position: Mandrel Supervisor – PPC Department Openings: 1 Location: Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana Experience: 3–5 Years Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 CTC per month Industry Preference: Fastener / Automotive / Industrial Products Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical ⸻ Key Skills Required: In-depth knowledge of cold forging and nut forming processes Proficient in SAP, MS Excel, Word, and Email Strong ability to read product drawings, SOPs, and Work Instructions (WIs) Skilled in problem-solving tools, BAD handling, plan changes Capable of working efficiently under pressure ⸻ Job Responsibilities: Ensure proper functioning of machines as per daily plan Achieve production targets as per planning from senior supervisor Prepare and maintain Daily Production Report (DPR) and Breakdown Report Monitor and update daily rejection and hold material data on the shop floor Verify daily lot records from annealing, polishing, plating, etc. Responsible for forum change, border updation, information sheet preparation, and machine-wise BOT verification Report any process/machine changes to the Senior Supervisor immediately Ensure all machines follow SOP/WI strictly as per production plan ⸻ Apply Now Location: Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana Company: SL Fasteners Pvt.
