Plating operator

Position: Plating Operator – PPC (Production Department) Openings: 2 Location: Kundli, Haryana Experience: 2–4 Years Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 CTC per month Industry Preference: Fastener / Automotive / Industrial Products Education: ITI / Diploma / PG in Mechanical or Automobile ⸻ Key Skills Required: Basic knowledge of coiled forging and nut forming process Machine setup, plan change, and breakdown handling Ability to read product drawings, SOPs, Work Instructions (WI) Good verbal communication skills, especially in local language Knowledge of measuring instruments and equipment Ability to fill daily check sheets in both English and Hindi Strong performance under pressure ⸻ Job Responsibilities: Ensure machine functionality as per production plan Perform plan changes with senior support in minimum time as per SOP Verify NG/OK paths before machine startup post plan change Submit daily scrap/rejection report to supervisor Timely update of machine check sheet and hourly check sheet Submit tooling to supervisor post plan change or breakdown Conduct 2-check power dimension inspections as per SOP/WI Perform basic machine setup adjustments as required with existing tools Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
