Managing/ Principal Associate - International Tax and Transfer Pricing

You will be responsible for managing client engagements in the areas of international tax, M&A, Transfer Pricing, and Litigation for BMR Legal Advocates. Your day-to-day tasks will include: - Preparation of opinions, presentations, and proposals - Researching and analyzing complex tax issues - Leading briefings and preparing submissions/paper books at appellate stage - Advising clients on tax implications of business decisions - Experience in Tax Litigation, Alternate Dispute Resolution, and Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) is a plus - Strong understanding of Transfer Pricing and International Tax issues - Interactions with Partners and briefing on clients requirements - Managing the team Qualifications required: - 10+ years of experience in Corporate International Tax and Transfer Pricing with a reputed law firm or professional services firm - Excellent communication and project management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines - Chartered Accountant / L.L.B About the Company: HRhelpdesk, a HR Advisory Company, has been retained to manage end-to-end recruitment process for BMR Legal Advocates.
