Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff, branch managers, and key decision-makers to drive life insurance business through the banks customer base
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and overall sales targets as per company guidelines Conduct regular product training and engagement sessions for bank staff Jointly meet bank customers along with branch teams to understand their financial needs, recommend suitable insurance solutions, and close sales Generate leads through the bancassurance channel and ensure timely follow-ups Track lead conversion ratios and continuously work on improving productivity Ensure accurate documentation and proposal processing in compliance with underwriting norms Coordinate with internal operations teams for smooth and timely policy issuanceEligibility Criteria:
GraduationGood communication & client handling skills
1-2 Years of experience LI or BFSI
