Graduate Candidates Can Apply ( MBA, Mcom, BBA, Bcom Preferred ) Minimum 06 Months of Experience in Insurance Sector Job Description: As a Managing Partner, your role is to build and lead a high-performing sales network. You will be responsible for: Recruiting Agency Partners who will, in turn, hire Insurance Agents Training and supporting Agency Partners to build and manage their agent teams Driving sales through this indirect channel by ensuring agents actively sell insurance policies Achieving sales targets by monitoring team performance and providing necessary guidance Ensuring proper onboarding, compliance, and productivity of the recruited team This role requires leadership, people management, and a target-driven approach. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
