Managing Director of Supply Chain Finance Technology

As the Managing Director of Supply Chain Finance Technology at Citi, you will play a crucial leadership role in the Trade and Working Capital Solutions (TWCS) technology team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the development of Citis Supply Chain Finance platform, ensuring that Citi maintains its position as a dominant industry leader in this space. You will partner with the business to develop a strategy for maintaining market share lead, expanding product offerings, and building the next-generation platform. Your key responsibilities will include: - Partnering closely with Supply Chain Finance senior management to develop the vision for the next generation Supply Chain Finance solution and create a practical plan for its implementation within budget constraints. - Evaluating the limitations of the current legacy platform and devising a plan to address them through the strategic platform. - Meeting with clients to understand their needs and delivering solutions that provide business value. - Monitoring competitors" product offerings and supply chain solutions to ensure the competitiveness of Citi's solutions. - Driving scalable, highly automated solutions for straight-through processing and a seamless operational experience. - Leveraging standard bank capabilities to expedite time to market and enhance cost-effectiveness. - Managing the delivery scope, dependencies, benefits, timelines, and costs negotiation with key stakeholders. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 15+ years of hands-on technology leadership experience, with a preference for CTO-type roles. Experience in Fintech or Supply Chain related firms is advantageous. - Proven track record in managing global, cross-functional, agile technology teams of 100-150+ individuals. - Strong technology leadership skills encompassing strategic solutioning, hands-on development, and code quality assessment. - Proficiency in agile delivery, modern development practices (Dev/Ops, Dora, Microservices, APIs), and Cloud Technology. - Demonstrated history of delivering large complex systems in a distributed environment using modern delivery techniques. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders. - Background in financial services, fintech, and/or trade and logistics is a plus.,
