Managing Counsel

As an experienced legal professional with 10-15 years of PQE and a deep expertise in employment and labour laws, you will be joining a global legal team at one of the world's top consulting firms. The ideal candidate must have significant experience in the following key responsibilities: - Advising on complex employment law matters, including onboarding, exits, investigations, and HR policies - Partnering with global and India HR teams to drive consistent and compliant people practices - Leading internal employment-related projects and managing external counsel - Supporting cross-functional collaboration with commercial, privacy, and global legal teams - Handling employment-related regulatory issues, disputes, and compliance in a fast-paced, global environment Professionals with prior in-house experience in global environments will be preferred.
