Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage complete site execution of residential high-rise buildings using MIVAN aluminium formwork technology . Prepare and implement detailed execution schedules, ensuring alignment with master project timelines. Oversee structural, finishing, external development, and infrastructure works. Ensure execution as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with consultants, architects, planning, procurement, and MEP teams for seamless execution. Monitor and manage contractor performance, labor deployment, and productivity. Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to statutory norms at site. Review and verify contractor bills, DPRs, and site documentation. Conduct periodic review meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure timely snagging, de-snagging, and final handover of units. Address and resolve site-level execution issues promptly to avoid delays. Manage material planning, inventory control, and usage monitoring, especially related to MIVAN works.
