Job Description

Qualification - M. Pharm/B. Pharm, MBA/PGDM in Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Plan demand & supply for international markets using marketing forecasts, historical, seasonal, and current sales trends.
Prepare 3-month rolling production plans in ERP, factoring in FG inventory for in-house plants.
Release production plans for LL & P2P plants and track FG availability at hub locations.
Ensure RM/PM availability at plants by the 28th of the prior month for seamless production.
Maintain FG inventory as per defined norms and monitor safety stock levels.
Weekly coordination with plants for FG readiness and with QA for timely FG release.
Liaise with Packaging Development for artwork changes and BOM updates in ERP.
Prepare and publish monthly MIS reports (Plan vs Actuals, Forecast Accuracy, FG Stock, Stock Aging).
Create monthly management presentation slides.
Monitor and control inventory across locations.
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Production & QC to assess demand, ensure OTIF 95%, and align on new product scale-up and registration batches.
