Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the hub, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer expectations.
Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to supply chain disruptions or other operational challenges.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

6-10 years of experience in last mile delivery or hub operations in an e-commerce industry.
Strong understanding of logistics operations, including transportation planning and execution.
Proven track record of improving operational efficiency through process improvements or technology adoption (e.g., WMS).
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales team) as well as external partners (e.g., carriers).
Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions; strong analytical skills required.
