JOB PURPOSE: Responsible to maintain the entire Infrastructure, uptime, SLA, New Requirement of IT infra & technologies upgrade. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Planning and implementation of IT initiatives for future growth & upcoming entities/projects. 2. Complete management of Multi-location IT setup (different Hospitals/Clinics) in HUB & Spoke model. 3. Complete Management of LAN Network like Access Switches, Core Switches, TOR Switches (Dell & Cisco). 4. Complete Management of LAN Wireless Network like Access Points, Wi-Fi Controller, Wi-Fi Management Solution, for IP/OP Patients & Guests with Authentication. 5. Complete Management of Cybersecurity like Firewall, WAF, SIEM, ALB, SSL Generation & configuration, Rate Limiting, API Gateway, DDOS Protection, PAM, IAM, Secure VPN, NATTing, Port Configuration, Internet Access Policies Configuration. 6. Complete Management of Internal Security like Antivirus, EDR, DLP, Server Deep Security. 7. Complete Management of Physical Servers like Physical Installation, making HCI clusters, Monitoring of the HCI clusters. 8. Complete Management of Virtual Machines on HCI Cluster, Hypervisor, VMware, various OS installation & troubleshooting like Wintel 2019 & higher, EC2, Ubuntu, Linux, SUSE for SAP. 9. Complete Management of Storage like SAN & NAS.

10. Complete Management of Backup lifecycle like Veeam Backup Solution, D2D, LTO Tape, Airgap Backup, DR Site Replication, Snapshot taking, periodic/on-demand data restoration as per compliance. 11. Complete Management of Email Solution like exchange server 2019 on-premises setup, exchange /AD Administration, developer console management, global DNS configuration, email Gateway configuration & monitoring, configuration of email policies. 12. Complete Management of DR Site creation & maintaining. 13. Complete Management of WAN Connectivity like ILL, P2P, PRI/SIP, MPLS, SD-WAN, VPN. 14. Complete Management of Telephony like IP-PBX, IP Phones configurations. 15. Complete Management of Active Directory like domain creation & Additional Domain creation, Group policy configuration, DNS configuration, DHCP configuration, Regular AD backup. 16. Vendor Management to keep up the running infrastructure, maintain the SLA, evaluation of the products, Conducting POC/Demo. 17. Periodically conduct the VAPT to assess the vulnerabilities in the Infra & Applications. 18. Project Management like Designing, Planning, Implementation and Maintenance of Data Center for existing & upcoming projects. 19. Responsible for Admin Support on HIS/ERP/PACS/Email Solution and other applications. 20. Implementation of new IT initiatives and preparation of business case for management approval 21. Managing IT team and their grooming for suitably fit into IT competency center created in-house 22. Manages Preventive Maintenance of hardware & application. 23. Performs network load estimation based on the applications to be used over the LAN & WAN 24. Performs root cause analysis on the complaints received to identify the potential causes of complaint 25. Routes complaints to appropriate people for resolution 26. Monitors service levels between different functions of the organization in terms of the turnaround time required to resolve problems. 27. Firmware upgrade to keep the devices or appliances up to date. Any other duties assigned by HoD/CIO
