Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Analyst to join our growing cybersecurity team and will report to Global Director Infrastructure and Security. The ideal candidate will be responsible for protecting Osborns IT infrastructure by monitoring, identifying, and responding to potential security threats. You will work closely with IT teams to implement effective security measures and ensure data protection, confidentiality, and integrity across the company's systems. Role & responsibilities : Monitoring and Analysis : Continuously monitor network traffic, systems, and applications for security vulnerabilities and threats. Analyze and respond to security alerts, incidents, and breaches. Perform threat intelligence gathering and correlate findings from multiple sources. Incident Response : Actively participate in investigating and resolving security incidents, including data breaches, malware attacks, and unauthorized access. Develop and implement incident response plans and conduct post-mortem analysis. Vulnerability Management : Identify and assess vulnerabilities in Osborns infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems. Conduct regular security assessments, penetration tests, and audits as for the guidelines. Security Tools and Technologies : Utilize security information and event management (SIEM) tools, firewalls, antivirus, encryption software, and intrusion detection/prevention systems. Configure and maintain security tools to ensure effective monitoring and prevention of security incidents. Collaboration and Training : Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall security posture. Provide training and awareness programs to employees about cybersecurity best practices. Communicate findings and recommendations to management. Reporting : Maintain and update documentation of security incidents, analysis, and solutions. Provide regular reports on the security status and improvements made to management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Security Analyst or in a similar role, ideally in a large or complex IT environment. Strong understanding of networking protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems. Hands-on experience with security tools, including SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, Manage engine), vulnerability scanners, and antivirus software. Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS) and security configurations. Familiarity with cloud security and security architecture for cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Understanding of threat intelligence tools and frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred candidate profile: Security certifications such as CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) . Experience with security automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell). Knowledge of data privacy laws and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Experience in incident response and digital forensics.
Role & responsibilities Act as a key person and catalyst to implement and promote Quality Management System and Environment, Occupational Health & Safety Management System (IMS) within the organisation Maintenance of IMS. Reporting to top management in regards to IMS. Plan and implementation of Internal and External audits. Plan and implementation of Safety Audits. Plan and implementation of Product and Process audits. Customer complaint handling and its resolution. On site visits and Direct communication with customer if necessary. Implementation of statistical techniques on shop floor (In consultation with Production Manager). Lead and Implement Corrective and Preventive actions related to IMS. Prepare presentations related to IMS for Management Review Meetings MRM. Ensure MRM as per schedule. Lead and Implement KAIZEN intiative and create a healthy cullture on Suggestion system. Lead/Partcipate in Quality circle, Team building and other related activities. Be a Management Representative for the company and fullfill all the MR responsibilites. Liasion with external product & service providers (suppliers) to ensure that their products or services meet the organization's quality standards. Communicate with parent company on quality issues in the prodcut supplied by them. Ensure that quality, health and safety and environment requirements are determined and are met with the aim of minimizing risk and maintaining effective controls. Ensuring proper storage of Hazardous waste such as oil soaked cotton, Used oil, contaminated container and waste residue etc. Imaprt environment health and safety related training to all people working in the process Ensure proper segregation and storage of E-waste. 2. SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for IMS training to all persons within organisation as necessary Identification of training needs in regards to quality, Environment and Safety. To keep the monitoring and measuring devices (MMD) as per the standard requirement. In-house calibration activity. Dock audits. Be a part of the new project and advise on requirements of IMS standards, specifications and procedures applied. Promoting and enhancing supplier quality management systems. Participate in Advanced Product Quality Planning / Part Production Approval Process (APQP/ PPAP) activities. • Participate in Global conference calls on Quality performance. • Support Sourcing team on Supplier Quality Management. Preferred candidate profile B. E. (Mechanical or Production or Industrial Engineering) Other Essential qualification: Certified Internal auditor for ISO 9001:2015 in accordance with ISO 19011. Certified Internal auditor for ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 will have preference.
